Issue 3 on its way to you!
Hey Kids!
Issue 3 is on its way to a mailbox near you! They are going out today and tomorrow.
I had a lot of fun putting together this last issue--let me know whatcha think.
The deadline for next issue is Sunday, April 30th.
We had planned for the next issue to be the 'In And Out My Window'(or whatever you want to call it) Issue, where everyone submits a picture looking outside their bedroom or apartment window. With the diversity of locations within the collective, this could be verrrry neat. We can include accompanying writing peices too...interpret as you will. The idea from this came from this project: http://lappareil.free.fr/window/map.html
I don't think Issue 4 should be limited to this theme, though, so if you want to submit something else, go for it!
As always, PLEASE SEND SELF-ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPES if you haven't yet. It makes it so much easier and faster!

Yay! Thanks, Em! Have you, by chance, figured out how much each issue costs to produce? It may be easier to just charge a subscription fee, part of which could be self-addressed, stamped envelopes.
I copied our last issue at kinkos, but not front and back. It was about $1.70, but I was printing more pages than necessary.
Postage costs .64/ issue.
I don't have to start charging subscriptions yet(but probably will soon) but it would be most helpful if people sent self-addressed envelopes so then I don't have to take the time to buy envelopes and address them. With almost 40 readers, it really adds up.
